Import an organization file
It is recommended for organizations (as well as for contacts) to have a file for which one line represents a company and one column represents information (see below).
When you want to import organizations via the simplified import tool, simply go to the Import page.
Then choose Organizations then click on select a file (select the file concerned) and finally validate.
Next comes the field connection page. This page allows Arenametrix to transcribe the right information in the right places in the organization files. You must then match the fields between the file and Arenametrix as in the example below. By clicking on the drop-down box, you will find the information in your file.
I then select the right column in my file which will correspond to the Name of the company for example.
Once you have matched all the information you have, validate by clicking on Import.
Your structures are then imported.
