How to import a BtoB contacts file?

Importing BtoB contacts follows the same logic as manually importing contacts. For the general process of an import, you can refer to the article Import a contacts file.

To import structures, go to the Contacts tab, then click BtoB contacts (1). Next, click Options (2), then Import BtoB contacts (3).

You can then download the .XLSX template to access the required format for importing structures.

As with contact imports, it is recommended to use a file structured in a clear and simple way: one row corresponds to one structure, and each column represents a specific piece of information.

Once your Excel file is completed with all the structures to import, simply select your file and click Import.

Arenametrix will then run an automatic check of the fields to ensure data consistency. If no errors are detected and the verification meets your expectations, simply click Finalize import.
