1. Statistics
In addition to allowing you to centralise all your contact data, Arenametrix has developed an algorithm that updates the statistics of these contacts. This allows you to have a better knowledge of your different audiences. With no filter activated, you can view the statistics of your global database. As soon as you select a filter, the statistics are updated for the population you have selected. Again from the Contacts page, click on the Statistics pane.
2. General statistics
Here you will find general statistics, the overall number of contacts (or after segmentation), gender parity, average age, loyalty, recency, purchase time. These are the statistics of the global database.
Here, the statistics of the base after segmentation. We observe the evolution of the figures because it is a different population. Here we gain in accuracy.
3. The age pyramid
Going down the same page, you can see a age pyramid which gives you a more precise view of your audience's age structure. Here again, as soon as you select a filter, the statistics are updated for the population you have selected.
4. Statistics of geographical origin
Going down on this same page, you can see the top countries, departments and postcodes, which give a more precise view of the geographical distribution of your audience. Here again, as soon as you select a filter, the statistics are updated for the population you have selected.
5. Geomarketing
Geomarketing is the tool that gives you the opportunity to visualise your contacts on an interactive map. You can read the map on a national scale or zoom in and perform your analyses on a postal code scale, which brings great precision to your geographical analyses. Here again, once you select a filter, the map will update for the population you have selected. From the contact page click on Geomarketing to access it.
