How to analyse a contact list?

Select a filter, the statistics are updated for the selected population.

1. Statistics

Arenametrix centralizes all your contact data and automatically updates their statistics using a dedicated algorithm, helping you better understand your audiences.

Without any filter applied, you can view the statistics for your entire database. As soon as a filter is selected, the statistics update to reflect the corresponding population.

To access it, go to the Contacts page, then click on the Stats panel.

2. General statistics

Here you can find the overall statistics for your entire contact database (number of contacts, gender distribution, average age, loyalty, recency and purchase delay), without segmentation.

This second view displays the same indicators after segmentation (by applying the Age filter). The statistics are then recalculated for the selected population, allowing for a more precise analysis.


3. Statistics of geographical origin

Going down on this same page, you can see the top countries, departments and postcodes, which give a more precise view of the geographical distribution of your audience. Here again, as soon as you select a filter, the statistics are updated for the population you have selected.

4. Geomarketing

Geomarketing allows you to visualize your contacts on an interactive map. You can view the map at a national level or zoom in to analyze your data at the postal code level, offering greater precision for your geographic analysis.

Here as well, when you apply a filter, the map updates to reflect the selected population. To access it, go to the Contacts page and click on Geomarketing.
