How to find contacts linked to a BtoB contact or a tag?

Find the contacts of an organization or a tag

One of the purposes of classifying and grouping your BtoB contacts is to help you communicate more effectively and more easily with your close ecosystem.

You can therefore identify contacts belonging to a specific structure, or several contacts linked to structures that share the same tag. To do so, simply follow the instructions in the sections Segment your audience and Create a marketing target.

In this case, go to the Contacts (1) page and start a new segmentation (2).

 
 

Among all the available segmentation fields, you will find Organization, Organization – advanced search, and Tag. Select the desired structure or tag to retrieve all corresponding contacts.

Then click Submit to display the results or Create a list to save this selection and reuse it later.

For your information: the Organization field allows you to select one or more specific structures, while the Organization – advanced search field enables a broader search using text-based criteria.
