1. Dashboard
This homepage provides a quick overview of your sales. This dashboard is divided into two parts: monitoring indicators and event management.
2. Comparison period
This area displays the number of tickets sold and the revenue achieved for a given period (see the "Period" box whose default value is the previous day) as well as the total number of contacts in the database.
The percentages in red or green in brackets allow a comparison to be made with another given period (see the "Comparison" box, which allows you to choose the period of comparison and whose default value is the day before yesterday).
Do not hesitate to modify the periods in order to find out in a few clicks the number of tickets sold and the revenue achieved over the last 7 days or last month.
2. Event management
This section displays the number of tickets sold and the turnover achieved for each of your events and allows you to have a detailed breakdown by performance for each event. It is possible to search for these events using the "event type", "venue" and "season" filters, or to enter the name of your event in the search bar on the right. You can also choose to display all "upcoming" or "current" or "recent" events.
In the box of each event you have several possibilities:
Click on the performances to view them and get details of the number of tickets sold and the turnover achieved per performance.
select the parameterised shortcuts that allow you to quickly carry out actions to monitor and manage your sales.
Thanks to these shortcuts, you can :
define the capacity of your venue and your filling target;
access the sales chart, the sales board and analyses for the event in question ;
access the list of buyers, previous day's buyers or non-buyers of an event if you wish to contact them;
Create sales reports or alerts for a specific event.
All of these features will be detailed later in this guide.
