How to obtain a synthetic view of the filling of your future events?

Obtain a synthetic view of the filling of your future events

    This homepage provides a quick overview of your sales. This dashboard is divided into two parts: monitoring indicators and event management.

    1. Comparison period

    This section displays the number of tickets sold and the revenue generated for a given period (see the Period box (1), whose default value is yesterday), as well as the total number of contacts in the database.

    The percentages shown in red or green in parentheses allow you to compare this data with another period (see the Comparison box (2), which lets you choose the comparison period and whose default value is the day before yesterday).

    Feel free to adjust the periods to quickly see, in just a few clicks, the number of tickets sold and the revenue generated over the last 7 days or last month.

    2. Event monitoring

    This section displays the number of tickets sold and the revenue generated for each of your events, and provides a detailed breakdown by performance for each event. You can search for events using the Types of events, Venue, and Season filters (1), or by entering the name of your event in the search bar on the right. You can also choose to display events that are Current or Upgoing (2).

    Within each event panel, you have several options:

    • click on the Performances (3) to display them and view the number of tickets sold and the revenue generated for each performance.
    • select the configured shortcuts (4), which allow you to quickly carry out follow-up and sales management actions.

    Using these shortcuts, you can:

    • define your venue capacity and your occupancy target;

    • access the sales curve, the salesboard, and analyses for the event

    • access the list of buyers, buyers from the previous day, or non-buyers of an event if you wish to contact them;

    • create sales reports or set up alerts for a specific event.

    All these features will be detailed later in this guide.
